About
As a former dancer, I came to yoga through a deep love for movement and a desire to connect differently with my body. My journey began with studies in Hatha, Yin, and restorative Yoga. I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Radiant Light Yoga in Wilrijk, under the guidance of Kristen Macpherson.

Over the past nine years, I have taught group classes in a variety of studios including Radiant Light Yoga, Yyoga Antwerp, Yoga Room Antwerp, and Atelier Dumon. Along the way, I deepened my own practice through studies in Iyengar Yoga at Iyoga Antwerp, as well as in Spinal Release Yoga (SRY) and āyurveda.

As my work evolved, I began offering one-on-one sessions, which deepened my appreciation for individualized guidance and the importance of tailoring practice to each person’s unique path. This shift also led me to reflect more consciously on pedagogy, presence, and the subtle layers of healing.

I am deeply grateful to my mentors Ann Brosens and Kaya Mindlin, whose teachings and devotion to a slow, attuned practice continue to shape my approach. I also thank my friend Vytauté, a beautiful āyurveda professional who helped open the door to āyurveda for me. I also thank Kate O’Donnell and Dr. Claudia Welch for generously sharing their knowledge of this timeless wisdom tradition.

In addition to the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga and āyurveda, my work draws continual inspiration from the writings of Mary Oliver and Gunilla Norris. Their mindful, poetic attention to life’s quiet magic reminds me that understanding poetry can be a profound gateway into integrating the deeper teachings held within both yoga and āyurveda.

Today, I offer space for reflection, slowness, and reconnection—believing in the power of simple, steady practices to restore clarity, vitality, and joy in our fast-moving world.

01 Vedic Vision
My approach, as my own path of yoga, leans on the ancient wisdom of the Vedas, which remind me that the body is not just a vessel, but a living expression of consciousness, always evolving. Through the guiding principles of yoga and āyurveda , I share what has helped me find more balance, presence, and self-understanding.Yoga, for me, is a spiritual practice of coming home that involves more than movement on a mat. It brings clarity, connection and kindness. It is what led me to start studying āyurveda . With its gentle and intuitive guidance, āyurveda has been teaching me how to honor my unique nature and support my body’s natural healing.Together, these two paths have become a compass—one that helps me live more in tune with the rhythms of nature, and more in alignment with who I really am. And it’s this living wisdom that I’m here to share with you.
02 Discovery call
Finding the right person to work with is something very personal. I offer a free discovery call to feel into that connection you need to nurture the path of self development. Simply click the contact button in the navigation bar to book it.
03 Trajectory
I lead a client through cycles of 8 classes at a time. Yoga and āyurveda are no quick fixes for challenges we are dealing with, yet they have the power to slowly unfold a supportive toolbox. This toolbox is preventative in nature and will help create a life with more balance and ease. Each 8-class journey is designed to guide you through a meaningful process of self discovery, bodily expression and personal growth.

Just as the sea responds to the moon, the rhythm of the earth, and the forces of the cosmos, we, like all living creatures, do not move across the earth's surface; rather, we are moved. In essence, we are movement.

The sovereign and supreme Śakti is the cause of threefold spiral of this universe: manifestation, maintenance and dissolution.
